Administrative Issues: If you have questions about the game (game mechanism, rules, functionalities) please send us an e-mail to with as many details as possible.

Technical problems: If you have problems with the game connection, if you cannot login or your game won’t load for whatever reason, send us an email with details about your problem to

Reporting Players: If you want to report a player for any reason (swearing, multiple accounts, etc.) you can do so while you’re in the game, by clicking the Report option next to the player's avatar (this option appears if you go hover your mouse pointer on the player's avatar).
If the report is justified, the respective player will be punished.

Report an error / game bug: If you found an error in the game, you can let us know by using the Report option, which you can find in the game room, under Items, in the bottom right of the screen. When you choose this option, a print screen with the game image will be automatically created and you will need to fill in the details of the error in the text field. Alternatively, you can send an email to, giving us details regarding the error.

Payment problems or errors. If you paid by credit card or by text message for a pack of chips or Gox and have not received the package but the amount was withdrawn from your account, please send us an email at, with the following specifications:

  • The date of your payment
  • The chosen package and the amount you paid
  • The e-mail address of the account that made the payment
  • The e-mail received from Facebook with confirmation of the payment and your bank account statement or the text message you received as confirmation.
